13288BRDepartment Name:CLI HBC Peds After Hours Clini Location:Meriter Hospital Job Description: Under the direction of the Clinic Administrator or Director of Clinic Operations, this position is responsible for day-to-day operations of Meriter Medical Clinic site or component of clinic operations. This position focuses on promoting excellent patient care, customer service and clinical outcomes. The Clinic Supervisor works with staff to plan, develop, and implement changes to existing operational and clinical care processes to meet current and future clinic services needs. The position is accountable for supervising, coordinating, and planning patient care functions, which include assuring high quality of patient care and satisfaction standards are achieved and adherence to medical practice standards and proficiency. The Clinic Supervisor is also responsible for managing daily functions, promoting continuous quality improvement, and fostering a team environment to meet the patient care and financial needs of the clinic to ensure ongoing growth and clinical success.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

  • 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient medical clinic with prior leadership experience (lead RN, designated charge RN, etc.)

  • Experience with financial reports.

  • BLS for healthcare certified

  • State of Wisconsin Licensed Registered Nurse

  • Registered Nurse or other health care training experience.

  • Knowledge of clinic operations

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated problem resolution skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process improvement efforts/project management.

  • Budget management experience

  • Knowledge of Epic Electronic Health Record (HER) System
