Reporting to the Associate Director in Industry Relations & Contracting (IRC), the primary roles of the Rebate Analyst are to understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials, perform thorough claims data analyses to ensure the accuracy of group purchasing organization (GPO) rebate processing, and establish recommendations to Clients for rebate optimization. Analytical skills to understand the impact of formulary customizations that differ from Navitus recommendations will be critical to assist in providing rebate options for future formulary strategies. The Analyst will work closely with IRC Contractors. The high-level understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts will be a responsibility for this position. Additionally, the Analyst will help support the Navitus Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) process and assist and develop presentation tools as needed.
