Assist the Regional Property Manager in creating the annual budget, providing insights and recommendations based on annual financial data. Adhere to the established budget parameters and review variances to maintain financial stability. General Requirements: Prior experience in Property Management. Experience with property management software preferred. Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided). Reliable vehicle, valid driver\'s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.
