JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pharmacy Manager Transplant Services and Infectious Diseases - 28636 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Monday - Friday during the day shift. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager - Transplant Services and Infectious Diseases to: * Oversee the clinical pharmacy practice across infectious disease and transplant pharmacy services at UW Health. * Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission Antimicrobial Stewardship standards. * Programmatic responsibility for departmental professional and preceptor development initiatives.
