We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager - Transplant Services and Infectious Diseases to: * Oversee the clinical pharmacy practice across infectious disease and transplant pharmacy services at UW Health. * Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission Antimicrobial Stewardship standards. * Programmatic responsibility for departmental professional and preceptor development initiatives.
