The Opportunity: RETAIL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Our Retail Service team is looking for a Part Time Representative to work an average of 15-25 hours per week to drive Mattel\'s business at our key accounts. We are looking for team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy interacting with customers & store management and feel a sense of pride making a difference in our overall sales. What Your Impact Will Be: Develop strong, ongoing partnerships with Store Management Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on shelf Set Account Planned Programs Sell product to Walmart Store Management to improve the aisle in-stocks and increase out of aisle unplanned space Negotiate with Store Management for unplanned space throughout the store; Front of Store, Seasonal Department, Grocery, Infants Depts. Lead, train and work with local market Associate representatives year-round Coordinate and conduct In-store Events and in-store demonstrations Implement Point of Purchase materials and execute projects Accurately provide key survey data on each account Brand ambassador of Mattel/FP Brands and products.
