JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is professional work which provides a high level of technical customer service in the support of a variety of systems and infrastructure to meet the 24 hours/day, 7 days/week operational and investigative goals of the City of Madison Police Department. This position is a member of a cohesive team that is responsible for providing: support, system administration, project management, documentation, training, systems development, internal and external data and information requests, software and hardware research/recommendations, and other technical activities as directed.
