THE PFISTER HOTEL Maintenance Technician in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description POSITION PURPOSE: To repair and maintain hotel equipment and building systems to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees. To answer guest complaints and communicate with guests and associates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Provide great service while assisting hotel guests with maintenance issues such as minor heating/cooling concerns, plumbing problems, internet/TV connectivity, etc. Prioritize guest requests and repair items as needed. * Conduct daily inspections of hotel (Light fixtures, carpeting, general maintenance, and repairs as needed.) * Do general maintenance outside of hotel (Landscaping, shoveling, light fixtures, and repair as needed.) * Inspect swimming pool area daily (Chemical levels, temperature, pumps, and cleanliness.) * Be available by radio to answer emergency calls promptly. * Inspect fire alarms/ fire extinguishers regularly.
