This full-time position is assigned to Harmony at Grandview Commons in Madison, WI. The position will have on-call responsibilities for emergencies that will be on rotation every 4 weeks. This position primary responsibility for: Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc. Assist with snow removal as needed Preventative Maintenance Emergency maintenance Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers. Assist outside contractors when services are required Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property List Job A. Education, work experience, licenses and certifications: Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience Licenses: A valid driver\'s license and current automobile insurance is required.
