This position primary responsibility for: Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc. Assist with snow removal as needed Preventative Maintenance Emergency maintenance Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.
