JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Technician, part time - 27171 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 50% FTE, day shift. Flexible hours between Sunday - Saturday working an average of 20 hours per week. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to: * Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use. * Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems.
