As a Faciltiies Clerk you will provide our staff with timely maintenance services, ensure for a smooth operation of UWCU\'s mailroom, courier, and record retention. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do: Accurately sort and distribute inter-departmental mail Process all daily in and out-bound mail Assist in investigating any claims of undelivered or misrouted mail Be a resource to other departments in determining the most cost effective means of mailing packages Facilitate all conference room reservations including setup & takedown of any required furniture and managing reservation Function as the lead point of contact to address and resolve any mail, courier, or records related issues or requests both internally and with outside vendors. Routinely review mailroom prcedures for accuracy as well as identify areas for improvement. Make all necessary corrections or proposals as needed annd ensure implementation of any changes Scan and check quality/reliability of scanner records. Process all inter-departmental records requests to include teller work, signature cards and archived records. Properly label/identify record boxes for proper acrchival storage, providing information for location, description, department, and retention/destroy dates if applicable. Deliver equipment and supplies as needed throughout 3500 and other branch locations using the UWCU-supplied vehicle. Distribute copy paper to copier and printer stations as needed.
