JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Internists with the Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in a progressive outpatient setting. They are also provided the opportunity to grow the next generation of physicians through hands-on instruction of residents, fellows, and medical students. GIM prides itself on building a team of empathetic and collaborative primary care providers across the city of Madison and at beyond. Successful candidates will demonstrate not only their comprehensive clinical knowledge, but their ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
