JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This position will serve as a tenure-track or tenured faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Law School. We are recruiting a faculty member to teach classes in intellectual property, technology, free speech and association, and/or democracy law. As a faculty member, the person holding this position will also engage in related research and service. Responsibilities: Conduct research in intellectual property, technology, free speech and association, and/or democracy law, and teach courses in those areas.
