We are looking for a professional maintenance technician to help us run our new 110,000 square foot state of the art facility. Learn what it takes to provide infrastructure for an analytical testing lab that helps assure the integrity of our food supply. Competitive wages and Flexible hours Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work unsupervised, as a self-starter while carrying out preventive / predictive maintenance on facility equipment. Be challenged by unique situations that require out of the box solutions. Get well compensated for on call, off hours, repair requests. Learn a variety of technologies including but not limited to chillers, shakers, water-baths, pumps, valves or any other automated or manual equipment. Learn facility specific processes and use that knowledge to maintain equipment. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as: GMP, OSHA, FDA, EPA, DEA and other state and local codes. Promote a safe, secure and positive work environment. Comply with any applicable personal protective equipment requirements. Work in a clean pleasant environment. Duties include all aspects of facility maintenance and infrastructure. Interface and maintain \"Green\" Building systems. Opportunities for technology specific training.
