Job Summary:

Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Key consultant on the most complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a lead for coordination and customer service between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology with a focus on application integrations.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and works with vendors to solve more complex issues.

  • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.

  • Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process, or service improvements.

  • Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution.

  • Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business and leads others to solve complex problems; uses conceptual and innovative thinking for developing solutions.

  • Impacts the direction and resource allocation for entire program, project, or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines.

  • Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections, and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.

  • Drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer and ensuring that requests are appropriately addressed. Uses awareness of department and system initiatives in a meaningful manner.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

EXPERIENCE

  • Five years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
