JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Ebling Library at UW-Madison is seeking a Health Sciences Librarian to provide a range of library services to the UW-Madison health education, research, and clinical communities of Wisconsin. This position includes liaison responsibilities (primary library contact) to Global and Population/Public Health as well as other designated units. This position develops and delivers in-person and virtual instruction in one-on-one consultations, group settings, and within courses, as well as provides expert research services including literature searches to faculty, students, staff and affiliated clinicians. The position will be a member of Ebling Library\'s Reference and Instruction team, providing support to health sciences students, faculty, and researchers; the Clinical Sciences team, supporting the clinical staff at UW Hospital and Clinics; and the Systematic Review team, supporting health science-related evidence synthesis projects at UW-Madison. Responsibilities: Provides a wide variety of the most advanced professional library services which may include teaching, learning, public services, circulation, assessment, reference, selection, and outreach to support creative exploration, intellectual growth, and scholarly pursuits. Serves as a resource to others and regularly solves complex problems based on advanced knowledge and expertise.
