JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20787 POSITION SUMMARY UW Extended Campus is seeking an Enrollment Services Manager to lead admission and registration services across multiple academic programs (UW Flexible Option, Independent Learning) and manage the historical educational records for the former UW Colleges. As a member of our student services team, this role collaborates with Universities of Wisconsin campus partners to facilitate admission, registration and records services while ensuring compliance with academic policies and procedures. The incumbent will also supervise the at least 3 staff members. The individual will work under general oversight and will promote best practices. The ability to handle several projects concurrently (both independently and collaboratively) and meet deadlines is required. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES -Ensure timely application review and admission decisions in-line with campus partner policies -Ensure accurate management of student records across multiple systems, including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, ImageNow, and Parchment -Collaborate with students, program managers, academic directors, success coaches, and staff to resolve record issues and provide policy guidance -Utilize reports to maintain accurate applicant and enrolled student data -Participate in cross-functional team meetings to enhance service efficiency and program support -Craft student facing policy language -Maintain documentation including policy, business processes, including form updates -Safeguard student record confidentiality in compliance with FERPA -Respond promptly and clearly to emails and calls -Foster positive relationship with campus partners -Serve as custodian of the former UW Colleges educational records WORK LOCATION The office location is 780 Regent Street in Madison, WI. Telecommuting or hybrid work options may be available, with an expectation that some in-office work will be performed. Telecommuting agreements are subject to change at any time.
