The Director of Financial Systems is responsible for overseeing the Financial Systems team within the Finance department. The team oversees managing the financial features of Workday (FIN & Adaptive), which includes managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, budgets and forecasts, and reporting systems. About the role: Team leadership and supervision: Directs team members to perform enthusiastically, innovatively, and diligently. Coordinates schedules and team workload in alignment with CLA business demands and in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Coaches, disciplines, and trains team members as may be required. Takes corrective action in a constructive manner with employees as needed. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships to promote the success of established short and long-term objectives and goals. Manages daily operations within closely-working team members to ensure productivity goals are met or exceeded.
