We are searching for reliable, dependable and compassionate Client Care Specialist to service our clients, caregivers and partners. We are looking for someone that knows their value in the workplace and has that unique ability to excel at the administrative end of client care as well as the ability to be a great communicator with an engaging/friendly personality. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily * Must pass background check * Must be patient, have good decision making and crisis management skills, and who will not be intimated by these behaviors. * Must have reliable transportation. * Current auto liability insurance. * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. * Must be willing to drive client. * Able to use the technology necessary to perform job responsibilities. * Ability to write reports, to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, POAs, and the general public. * Ability to communicate with others effectively as well as handle tough situations and conflicts * Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities 1.Work Direct Care with clients: You will assist with personal care needs, medication reminder, perform light housekeeping duties, run errands etc. 2.Train Caregivers on site. 3. Manage relationship with ABC Madison Client Care organization, POAs and relatives 4. Ensure Our clients are getting the quality of care per ABC Madison high standard. 5. Ability to work with different types of client. 6.Performing Caregiver Introductions and Meet & Greets 7.Building client Care Plan, file and In-Home Binder 8. Determining what would work best for the client according to their care plan, 9.Matching Client with the right Caregiver. 10.Performs all other duties as assigned.
