JOB REQUIREMENTS: Charge Integrity Analyst Organ Acquisition/Transplant - 28553 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 100 FTE%, day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM or may work 4 x 10s. You will work at University Hospital and University Rowe in Madison, WI. After initial onboarding hybrid or fully remote. Several weeks onboarding. Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, or may work 4 x 10 hour shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Charge Integrity Analyst to: * Review living donor charges, obtain service agreements with outside lab and diagnostic centers, and pay charges as required under CMS regulations. * Work with living donors to make their financial journey seamless. * Work with outside healthcare institutions to rectify and reconcile invoices on behalf of living donor candidates. * Assist clinical leadership and staff with charge reconciliation, identifying denial and missed charge trends, charge reporting, and charge troubleshooting. * Work closely with a vast array of clinical, financial, and IT leadership and staff to ensure that coding, charging, charge reporting, and reconciliation processes function smoothly.
