JOB REQUIREMENTS: Athletic Trainer/Ortho Fitter - 31280 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 90%, day shift between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We are seeking an Athletic Trainer/Ortho Fitter to: * Perform initial patient assessment including medical history and physical examination. * Provide patient education on the diagnosis and treatment plan outlined by the attending physician. * Document clinic patient visit according to documentation policies. Experience in the areas of orthotics lab, casting room, or equivalent experience preferred. Certifications : Minimum - Certification by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification.
