The interactions will involve a variety of solutions ranging from processing application flows inside vendor framework applications to portal exposed interfaces used by WPS EDI external customers. You will work with individual lines of business to align resources for high priority projects and provide next level customer service to stakeholders through pro-active communication and responsiveness. You will also identify and implement solutions that reduce maintenance costs, improve system performance and reduce resource requirements by approaching work with a sense of urgency, drive, and passion to solve problems and provide work backlog metrics for capacity planning.
