Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM, no weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: * Greet, assist, and screen patients and visitors at American Family Children\'s Hosiptal. * Learn and utilize the access control and badge production software used by Security Services. * Complete access control requests through ServiceNow. * Monitor Security email and complete tasks as necessary.
