Job description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issues
  • Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns and feedback
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services
  • Provide support in English to customers
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process sales orders and perform data entry tasks accurately

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
  • Ability to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Prior experience in outbound calling is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Ohio property and casualty insurance license
