Reporting to Vice President, Head of Marketing

What really matters to real estate consumers today? If you are a creative marketer eager to answer that question and deliver real tangible marketing strategies to make the most recognized brand in real estate continue to stand apart in the eyes of consumers, this Senior Director, Brand Marketing role is for you. This integral leadership position within the CENTURY 21 Real Estate Brand Marketing team will be tasked with guiding messaging, design and implementation of the brand and how it is expressed and differentiated for consumer audiences. This person should be experienced in creative development, agency management and have project management skills to balance his/her team’s workload. This person will oversee three direct reports as part of the brand marketing group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Influence, inspire, develop and manage national consumer-facing marketing programs for the CENTURY 21 brand.

  • Oversee management of multiple agency partners including creative agency of record, in-house creative agency, and media vendor, including scope of work development, management of retainer resources and agency relations.

  • Lead cross-functional team in influencing and developing consumer advertising campaigns, including liaising with media agency on implementation of multi-channel consumer campaigns.

  • Drive brand consumer engagement strategy, leading team oversight of social media strategy and video production and execution.

  • Lead cross-functional team in creating unique branding experiences for internal and external events.

  • Develop, maintain and enforce brand identity standards compliance.

  • Team with Brand Marketing, Communications and PR to create consistent messaging and awareness of brand efforts across global network, bringing agent awareness to brand initiatives.

  • Oversee consumer brand research and measurement of brand effectiveness, awareness and perception.

  • Manage execution of brand design across digital and traditional marketing pieces.

  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.

  • Represent brand marketing team at local, regional and national events

  • Regular duties also include:

  • Execution of AFEs & contracts

  • Presentation creation and delivery

  • Maintaining budget and plan

Required skills:

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Project management skills

  • Leader who has managed direct reports as well as multiple marketing agencies

  • Strong creative and design experience

  • Have developed or worked closely on marketing and media strategy

  • Experience working within a sales organization, preferably within real estate

  • The ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • Public speaking experience in front of audiences of 200+ Budget planning knowledge

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another applicable discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 7+ years of marketing experience

  • Willingness to travel about 10% of the time
