Title: Internal Growth Consultant, Century 21 Real Estate

Success in this position requires individuals who are passionate about the real estate/franchising industries, are self-driven and superior-results-focused. The Internal Growth Consultant will work closely with select Century 21 Broker/Owner/Managers within a defined territory (the ‘Book of Business’) and partner with their customers to assess the needs of their business and develop and implement a prescriptive strategy leveraging Century 21’s unique value proposition and support system. A core competency of the Growth Consultant position is the ability to influence, consult and coach in all aspects that support the growth of companies in their Book of Business.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and expanding the brand relationship with and engagement of Century 21 Broker/Owner/Managers within an assigned Book of Business

  • Identifying customer business/growth goals, prescribing impactful brand solutions and influencing customers to execute on strategic plans through accountability measures

  • Proactively position and differentiate Century 21’s products, tools and systems to reinforce the value proposition

  • Lead the growth and development efforts of the companies in an assigned Book of Business by consulting/coaching on all aspects involving recruiting and retention

  • When appropriate, prescribing and leveraging brand resources in the areas of financial planning & analysis, value proposition development, leads management solutions, succession planning, etc.

  • Partner with the C21 Franchise Sales team in identifying M&A, conversion and roll-in opportunities within the assigned Book of Business

  • Proactively driving franchise renewal efforts in the Book of Business to include building brand engagement and experiential value throughout the franchise relationship

  • Closely coordinating brand Executive involvement with customer management, as needed

  • Partnering with Century 21’s dedicated transition team to support on-boarding for new franchisees

  • Promoting events, training offerings, programs and other initiatives in the assigned Book of Business in order to quantifiably increase engagement and participation

  • Acting as the central point of contact/owner in connection with all inquiries from customers, internal brand staff and shared service teams

  • Coordinating and working closely with the Growth Consultant team in order to share/adopt best practices

We need you to have:

  • A relentless approach toward brand service objectives and exceeding customer experience expectations

  • The ability to quickly achieve an expert level of knowledge of Century 21’s products, tools, platforms in order to leverage these offerings to build value with our customers

  • A mind exploding with creative solutions

Your background includes:

  • B.S./B.A. encouraged

  • 3+ years of account management, B2B sales, preferred

  • Real estate industry experience strongly preferred

  • High degree of influence, customer management, collaboration, conflict resolution and overall communication and presentation skills

  • Superior organizational and choice management skills

  • Experiential, technical proficiency

  • Real Estate Industry experience a plus

  • Proven customer relationship, influence management and conflict resolution skills

  • Detail oriented with particular emphasis on process, planning and communication.

  • Ability to meet deadlines timely or ahead of schedule

  • Bi-Lingual Spanish (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Adaptable to changing environment

  • Ability to deliver seminars live and via web-ex technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • This role can be performed anywhere except Colorado
