POSITION SUMMARY

Meat Cutters, Cooks (for the Deli), Cashiers, Bakery & Produce Workers for the Store. Willing to work as directed by Manager. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals  with disabilities to perform the essential  functions.

Cutter duties: Sharpen and adjust knives and cutting equipment.

  • Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery.
  • Cut, debone, or grind pieces of meat.
  • Weigh, wrap, and display meat or meat products.
  • Cut or prepare meats to specification or customers' orders.
  • Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature.

Baker or bakery duties: Preparing baked goods for sale to customers. Their duties include* creating recipes, ordering ingredients and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods.*
