We are looking to add a VP, Sales and Marketing to our growing team. This critical role will be responsible for sales, marketing, and branding of the entire SuperATV portfolio of products and channels. This role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data-driven, analytic skills to ensure we maximize sales and profitability in every distribution channel.

  • Expert understanding of omnichannel sales approach, including overall sales strategies, leveraging pricing and marketing opportunities, brand strategy, and channel conflict resolution.

  • Lead product launch from marketing to roll out, with a focus on margins, market needs, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Development and execution of overall product portfolio, profit, and expense plans.

  • Evaluate, develop, and execute sales force strategies to best serve the customer base.

  • Develop a world-class sales organization through coaching, teaching, mentoring, and motivating.

  • Lead the marketing team and branding teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and industry-leading creative marketing.

  • Ensure the customer service team sets the bar for WOW’ing customers and continues to innovate and improve the overall customer experience and journey.

  • Develop key Sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans.

  • Develop leverageable relationships with key players in and out of the industry.

  • Responsible for in-depth analysis of the market and end-customer trends to establish strategies.

  • Work with Business Development to ensure the sales team is bringing strategic product ideas, the voice of the customer, and industry/market knowledge into the business.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Skills and abilities consistent with a graduate degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • Must have at least five years of experience leading a sales and marketing team in a growth industry

  • Technical skills: Must have previous E-Commerce, business-to-business, and brand management success. Product knowledge and understanding of product function in the ATV/UTV field is a plus.

  • Software skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experiencing using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other applicable tools

  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to a minimum of 25%, including international travel.
