At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity to add a highly detailed Buyer/Materials Panner to the inventory group. This role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for identifying products and components needing to be ordered using current sales data, historical data, and Sales Forecast to determine appropriate quantities and timing.

  • Responsible for tracking/reporting on product movement from suppliers

  • Responsible for supporting production and warehouse teams with internal product movement

  • Assist creating/improving inventory control processed, tools and systems

  • Support inside sales with details relevant to inventory availability

  • Responsible for managing assigned categories

  • Work with New Product Development to understand products

  • Work with suppliers on consistent and timely order fulfillment

  • Understand all aspects of the category down to the component level

  • Analyze, anticipate, and react to product seasonality trends

  • Supplier & Product Management

  • Update supplier information, pricing, MOQ, lead time as needed

  • Communicate directly with supplier on production plans and ways to improve efficiency

  • Identify products that may be better managed through Supplier Managed Inventory Program (SMI)

    Qualified candidates will be driven, detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, self-manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter. Experience in inventory control and excel preferred. Mechanical skills are a plus.
