What's a typical day as a Spray Painter? You'll be: • Using a hand-held pneumatic spray gun to paint letters, numbers, signs, and other décor items. • Spraying paint on wood, metal, plastic, and foam décor components. • Ensuring the use of proper paint and primer for each type of material. • Checking finished products for quality before they leave the paint area. • Maintaining a clean work area and cleaning/changing filters as needed. • Keeping the floor clear of debris. • Cleaning and maintaining spray guns. • Assisting with other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have experience using gravity-fed sprayers. • Possess a general understanding of signage and graphics materials, substrates, and manufacturing processes (preferred). • Are willing to work flexible and overtime hours, including some Saturdays and OT in excess of 50 hours • Have great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude. • Demonstrate strong comprehension and analytical abilities. • Can work under pressure and follow written and verbal directions.
