We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Lab Technician to ensure manufacturing processes meet the highest standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: As a Quality Assurance Lab Technician, you will prepare and adjust daily work schedules to ensure quality goods are manufactured according to the assigned sampling plan, perform standard quality tests and report results to management using Excel and other software programs, and prepare necessary company forms and trend charts to support lab inspection functions. You will conduct incoming inspections for purchased items, perform dock audits at set frequencies, assist supervisors with quality issues from customer complaints and internal findings, and aid in new product and process development, as well as plant and research and development projects.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with further education in a related field being a plus, proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, proficiency in using Excel and other software programs, great attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities

Prepares and adjusts daily work schedule to ensure quality goods are manufactured, per assigned

sampling plan.

Performs standard quality test per assigned sampling plan and detailed procedures, provide results to

management using Excel and other software programs.

Prepares the necessary company forms and trend charts to communicate in support of lab inspection

functions. Report to Management as needed.

Perform incoming inspection for purchased items (Color Verification, Strength Testing, Dimensional

Checks, etc.)

Perform Dock Audits at set frequency, report findings to management.

Assists supervisors with quality issues due to Customer Complaints and/or Internal Findings.

Aid with new product/process development, Plant and Research and Development Projects.
