Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager with one of our clients based in Macedonia, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and profitability through online marketplaces and shaping the digital landscape of our company. This includes optimizing the online shopping experience across our brands to drive revenue, increase customer engagement, and create customer loyalty. This is a direct hire role that is primarily onsite.

What you get to do every day:

• Serve as the primary contact for Amazon account, online retailers, related stores, and other internet channels.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow direct-to-consumer sales.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the e-commerce buying experience with engaging multimedia content and unique descriptions.

• Manage current catalog and set up new listings, identify opportunities to drive traffic and sales conversion, and meet business performance metrics across websites.

• Ensure the successful execution of product launches, content updates, and promotions on websites and mobile applications.

• Monitor website usability and consumer experience to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion.

• Implement and manage SEO optimization and SEM efforts using digital metrics to optimize online marketing.

• Create and maintain analytics for all eCommerce, online, and mobile activity to ensure accurate ROI measurement.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our competition, market gaps, and e-commerce learning plan.

• Manage learning management system platforms and build out capabilities.

• Deliver the mobile app roadmap and plans to meet business objectives.

Requirements • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role for a minimum of 5 years

• Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Database platforms

• Experience in managing eCommerce on platforms such as eBay and Amazon Vendor Central

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proven track record in improving brand awareness and campaign planning

• Demonstrable skills in design and e-Commerce applications

• Ability to implement strategies effectively and efficiently

• Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors

• Knowledge and experience in Product Launch strategies

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Experience in managing company websites

• Proficiency in using Shopify, SEO, and other Search Engine Ranking tools

• Knowledge of Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics Tools

• Ability to develop and execute go-to-Market Strategy

• Experience in Business-to-business to Consumer (B2B2C) marketing

• Proven track record in improving consumer awareness and B2C marketing
