Customer Service Representative Position Overview Under supervision of the Center Owner or Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-ofsale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other center equipment. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications ? Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment ? Exceptional customer service skills ? Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services ? Multitasking -- must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks ? Effective verbal and written communication skills ? Strong attention to detail ? Outstanding time management and organizational skills ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Valid driver's license required ? Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software ? Ability to work flexible hours Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service ? Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner ? Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, by email and phone ? Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system ? Up-sells, cross sells, and actively participates in marketing and promotional initiatives Center Operations ? Assists management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory ? Maintains the center consistent with established standards ? Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff ? Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes ? Captures, organizes, and completes all tasks for Virtual Mail Physical & Safety Requirements ? Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time ? Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds ? Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone and in person ? Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
