`Job Overview:```We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and supervisory skills.Some Duties that are included but not limited to:- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and more- Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, and other plants- Supervise a team of grounds keeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas that require attention- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper lawn care techniques- Uses the software provided by the company for accurate record keeping and job accuracy.Position Requirements:- Proven experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance- Strong knowledge of lawn care and landscape tools and equipment- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordIf you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
