About the role

  • Our Supply chain team, composed of 150 people, is integrated in the Soda ash and derivatives business unit.

  • As a Global S&OP Manager, you will work on operating the S&OP process at global level.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Assessing and challenging the sales forecast, production forecast and related costs

  • Putting together the production, distribution and inventory line for the whole product line

  • Preparing and leading the global S&OP meetings

  • Leading the S&OP process within the Soda ash business with a special focus on planning

  • Managing a team of 3 direct reports

  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Supply chain or business

  • Relevant work experience in supply chain management

  • Competencies:

  • Advanced understanding of supply chain processes and systems

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP, APS, and analytical tools

  • Understanding of supply chain constraints

  • Behaviors:

  • Good communication and networking skills

  • Collaborative and solution oriented

  • Analytic

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Belgium) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 118,800.00 euros to 148,500.00 euros, your salary may

ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
