We are looking for:

  • Enterprise Architect (Business Architect)We seek an experienced Enterprise Architect who will take a proactive and holistic approach to lead or support enterprise architecture (EA) activities. This role involves creating deliverables guiding business models, organizational change, and investments in response to disruptive forces. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to enable future-state business capabilities and drive targeted business outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Business Architecture Expertise:

  • Develop valuable deliverables, including business capabilities, value streams, and process maps.

  • Facilitate the construction of business models, collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to business models.

  • Strategic Planning and Innovation:

  • Work with stakeholders to develop business architecture.

  • Provide perspective on the organization's readiness to change and innovate.

  • Drive business and technology innovation to enhance the top and bottom lines.

  • Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Use business architecture tools and techniques.

  • Assess near and mid-term needs, providing alternative technical solutions.

  • Facilitate the development of cross-LOB solutions, combining business knowledge and technology.

  • Building EA Value Proposition:

  • Position the EA practice at the intersection of business and IT.

  • Build the EA value proposition and structure business engagement.

  • Define a clear plan for ensuring business architecture aligns with other EA viewpoints.

  • Value-Based Messaging and Relationships:

  • Provide consultative advice to business leaders on investment decisions.

  • Lead collaborative discussions on risks and implications of product decisions.

  • Manage cross-functional relationships and guide transformation efforts.

  • Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline; MBA preferred.

  • 5-8 years of business or IT experience with a focus on strategy formulation, business analytics, and program management.

  • Management experience in areas such as strategic planning, leadership, business relationship management, and business process management.
