Eliot's Group Home supporting children referred by the Department of Children and Families is seeking a licensed Clinician with five years experience with similar populations providing community based social and mental health services. Our ideal candidate will have an ability to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of families and to deliver services within the established framework and clinical model

Eliot’s residences provide short term assessment and stabilization or longer term treatment for children and youth referred through the Department of Children and Families. These homes, located in communities across eastern Massachusetts deliver a child-centered, strengths-based out of home placement with the goal of family reunification.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family. Prepare clinical formulations in order to guide goal development.

  • Commit to the principles of Wraparound and practice within a Family Driven and Youth Guided framework that embraces Family Voice and Choice.

  • Become trained in The Building Bridges, Trauma Informed Care and ARC (Attachment,Self Regulation and Competency) and use these models within all aspects of the work.

  • Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan.

  • Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems including daily routines, behavior management and safety plans.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time

Salary: $70,000

Location: Onsite in Lynn, MA
