Eliot Community Human Services CBHC Director of CBHC Programs in Lynn, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the daily operations and service delivery of CBHC services
Manage and Direct overall fiscal direction and budgetary needs of CBHC services
Direct the implementation of the CBHC vision including developing systems to ensure immediate access to services and sustained clinical treatment of all people seeking services
Direct the development of new funding streams including partnering with towns/cities on grants to support CBHC expansion and services
Direct and manage the development of CCBHC grants through SAMSHA
Provide direct supervision to clinical and management staff involved in the CBHC program
Develop and direct the CBHC referral process, outreach services, and clinical direction of the services
Develop staff and growth opportunities with CBHC including leveraging internal resources .to increase integrated care, increase payment streams, and develop services that attract new payors
Develop and maintain systems that ensure all staff within CBHC and grant based services receive training and guidance to ensure all CBHC staff are meeting requirements related to evidence-based practice and assertive treatment
Provide management and overall supervision to the CBHC Directors. Ensure full implementation of evidence-based practices
Ensure the implementation of targeted treatment to individuals including but not limited to CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions
Qualifications:
Requires a Doctoral or Master’s Degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, psychiatric nursing or related field, is licensed at the highest level of qualifications for his/her discipline and at least
Five years’ experience in a mental health agency, three years of which must include administrative responsibilities and clinical supervision.
Demonstrated ability to oversee/manage a multi-disciplinary clinical team and to design/operate programs based on community needs.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: Based on experience
