Agricultural Mechanic / Service Technician - 

Lynden, WA 

Littau Harvester has immediate job openings for an Agricultural Mechanic / Service Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair harvesting machinery at both in shop and out in the field locations.  The Agricultural Mechanic / Service Technician will also follow all guideline in accordance with Littau Harvester and company standards. 

Our Agriculture Mechanic / Service Technician Person for this location can make: 

$20 - $32 Hourly, depending on experience

Requirements:   2 + years of experience completing electrical, hydraulic, and ability to troubleshoot the brand specific machines Must be at least 18 years of age Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Abilities / Skills / Knowledge:

Knowledge of:

Electrical components such as sensor repair, diagnose DC electrical current, and relays.

3.3 Cummins, Kubota, and Volkswagen engine systems

Hydraulic systems and ability diagnose and repair.

Ability to perform oil changes, filter changes, and repair hydraulic pumps & hoses.

Understanding of hose crimping and hydraulic fittings

Experienced welding and fabrication skills with stick and MIG in stainless and carbon steel

Ability to do consistent physical activity - Reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and ability to life objects over 50 lbs. 

Able to understand instructions - written and verbal

Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders

Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Other tasks as assigned.
