Bachman’s Lyndale store has an opening for a Cashier Lead. The position needs someone who excels in customer service and has past management experience. The right candidate for the job will have a passion for plants and training in a retail setting.

Job Duties:
Work one-on-one with customers, in person and over the phone.
Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion.
Take orders and ring up transactions on the registers.
Provide product information and suggestions.
Provide supervision, training, work direction, and motivation to hardgoods staff, answering any questions they have.
Qualifications:
Ability to exude a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated good merchandising and display talent.
Ability to train, delegate, and motivate staff.
Good technical knowledge of point of sale systems.
Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multi-task.
Schedule:
Days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
