Encompass Enterprises, Inc. Admin Assistant/Permit Coordinator in Lusby, Maryland
[As a general contractor, we provide management for projects that are both challenging as well as rewarding. Currently, we are seeking an Admin Assistant/Permit Coordinator to join our team. We work primarily in residential construction, but not exclusively. - Organizes and oversees project admin duties, including relationship management of clients.
- All phases of the process - creation permit documents, follow up, including the inclusion of providing plans, drawings and other supporting documents as needed.
- Work with Project Managers and Administrative staff, communicating information accurately and timely. Identify conflicts in permitting and communicate them to leadership for resolution.
- Prepare log entries/reports for the clients and internal team members; keeping all involved up to date with clear and accurate updates as the project progresses.
- Assist construction manager in preparing schedules and ensuring appropriate filing and paperwork.
- Collaborate with all members of Encompass, we operate as a team.
- Maintain concise records of all interactions with clients and team members.
- Work closely with our clients to coordinate the clients needs are being met meeting are scheduled and appointments are communicated effectively.
- Attending progress meetings for projects as needed.
- Assisting in resolving field issues, monitor permit activities, and assist in future project and meeting planning.
- Coordinate and monitor required inspections with local and state jurisdictions.
- Gather project material list, equipment warranties, etc. keeping up to date records for delivery to client at end of project and for our records.
- Manage all scheduling for the principal of the company meetings
- Direct support for Principal of the company.
