Job Posting: Project Manager – EPC and Oil & Gas Industry

Location: Southeast Texas

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in EPC and oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of field management experience , with expertise in profit and loss responsibility , project planning, and resource management. This role offers significant opportunities for growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize production schedules for EPC projects.

  • Assess and manage project resources and requirements effectively.

  • Estimate, negotiate, and establish budgets and timelines with clients and senior management.

  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.

  • Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet safety and building regulations .

  • Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and the construction team to meet contractual performance requirements.

  • Prepare and present detailed internal and external reports on project status, progress, and deliverables.

  • Support the bidding team by analyzing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure all construction meets or exceeds company and industry standards.

  • Review daily project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and budgets.

  • Supervise the construction process to meet deadlines while exceeding customer expectations.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment , coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle, including collaboration with engineers, architects, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in field management within the EPC or oil & gas industry .

  • Strong background in profit and loss responsibility and project financial oversight.

  • Proven ability to plan and organize production schedules effectively.

  • Extensive experience in estimating, negotiating, and managing project budgets and timelines.

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards in the industry.

  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.

  • Experience in preparing comprehensive reports and documentation.

  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment .
