An Instrument / Electrical Engineer job in Luling, LA is currently available through Belcan.

Job duties:

Function as a project engineer to both specify and select plant instruments to SIS standards and ability

to perform field verification and equipment identification as projects progress.

** Perform the function of field engineer, assistant project manager or assistant construction manager (as required), including hands on field work and/or field engineering, supervision of subcontractors,

review of daily work schedule and budget. Inspect work of company staff and subcontractors.

Communicate issues with project manager or construction manager and unit as directed by the project

manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrument Engineering, significant SIS industry

experiences

  • Advanced training & experience in SIS, instrument specifying and selecting.

  • At least 5 years SIS experience.
