RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In the setting of small teams, you work with colleagues on complex projects in strategy consulting and provide impactful solutions for businesses and functions all across BASF.

  • You identify potential for improvement in each project and advise the management team in an empathic and competent manner.

  • From Day one, you be integrated in running projects and have the opportunity to apply your skills and contribute your ideas.

  • Throughout all project phases, you communicate in a clear and open manner with all parties involved.

  • We offer a comprehensive end-to-end service delivery, which allows you to accompany a project from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate brings the following experiences and competencies to the team:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in strategic consulting and project work, ideally in a (global) strategy consulting firm

  • familiarity with project management methods as well as consulting methodology and approach

  • excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus

  • convincing and competent in client interactions

  • open-minded, inclusive and reliable team player

  • international work experience is a plus
