Du hast im Handgepäck:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenen Ausbildung in einem anderen Bereich mit Vorkenntnissen im kaufmännischen Bereich

• Kenntnisse: BaaN, MS Office wünschenswert

• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch

• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Organisations-, Koordinations- und Planungsgeschick

• Strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

• Aufgeschlossenheit und Bereitschaft sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten

Dein Kurs:

• Importkontrolle und ggf. Nacherhebung von Zöllen

• Überprüfung von Ausfuhrnachweisen/ Steuerbescheiden

• Abwicklung von Importen mit 8130-Zertifikat sowie Entwicklung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten bei der Abwicklung

• Erstellen von Frachtpapieren für In- und Ausland

• Avisierung von Sendungen bei den Speditionen und Abstimmung unter Berücksichtigung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften

• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung von Kundenaufträgen

• Gefahrgutversendungen
