If this position resonates with you, apply and let us know, “why did you become a nurse?” How you will make a difference: As a LVN on our skilled team you will be performing a variety of skilled visits for our clients ranging from wound care and medication administration to IV Infusions. We believe that flexibility makes this position successful so you will work with your patients to determine your schedule. We work with Medicaid and private pay insurances which means NO OASIS! Windshield time is a part of this position so company vehicles are provided however a good playlist or podcast are strongly recommended. Licensed vocational nurses who enjoy independence and learning new clinical skills will find themselves at home with our skilled team.
