Job Title Mill Float Non Exempt Grade 3 $15.65 to $17.00 Reports To Department Supervisor Position Description: Responsible for learning a variety of mill duties to assist or relieve any General Labor position.

Responsibilities Learn multiple positions throughout the finishing and or Rough Mill departments in order to assist and or relieve other workers.

Required Education, Experience and Skills High School Diploma or GED Ability to stand for up to 9.5 hours per day. Physical ability/strength to use a utility knife while holding a 3 to 4 LB pin in one hand Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to see and differentiate between colors. Good hand and eye coordination. Attention to quality and detail while working at a fast pace Able to read, write and follow instructions. Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as required.

Working Conditions

Repetitive work in a fast paced production environment with average temperatures of 70 to 85 degrees F Ear plugs/muffs and safety glasses may be required Steel or composite toe shoes/boots are required Ability to constantly stand/walk; bend/flex/extend neck; frequently grip/reach/lift/pull with L/R hands. Ability to frequently handle material from floor to waist, waist-to-shoulder and pushing/pulling/carrying. Product weight: up to 50 lbs. Repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment with average temperature of 55 to 90 degrees F.
