We currently have an opportunity for highly motivated, team players with mechanical aptitude as General Assembler on 2nd

shift.

Candidates will be required to rotate to different stations as needed. Maintain safe & clean work areas, keep production records using paper/computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork, Respect, Determination and Passion.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Follow written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency

  • Will occasionally be required to fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld

  • Use a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment

  • Visually inspect production run and document results.

  • Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

  • Participation in departmental improvement projects

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1-3 year of general work experience.

  • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.

  • Mechanical ability

  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.

  • The position will require physical strength, agility, dexterity and standing for extended periods

  • Prefer experience in environments with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean. Six Sigma and 5S
