DS Graphics Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator in Lowell, Massachusetts

Job Summary The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy. Participates in physical and cycle counts and assists in reconciling inventory variance and making suggestions for improving accuracy of inventory. Work with all teams that affect inventory accuracy. Assists with order fulfillment and may assist in the warehouse as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Utilize software systems for inventory control. Monitoring and controlling inventory accuracy. Responsible for physicals/cycle counts/audits/reconciliations. Resolve Inventory problems in a timely manner. Interact with internal departments and customers as needed. Warehouse work as needed. Assist Supervisor and Team Leads as needed. Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. 1 - 3 years Inventory/warehouse experience. Qualifications Knowledge of Inventory concepts. Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts. Strong Math and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work independently and also work effectively as a team. Able to pass fork-truck certification. Able to lift 50lbs.
