Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Contract Administrator in the Energy/Natural Resources industry. This role, based in Loveland, Ohio, will involve thorough review and analysis of service agreements, identification and mitigation of potential risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and laws. The successful candidate will also need to maintain clear records and collaborate with internal teams to address contractual concerns.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of service agreements, meticulously analyzing each clause and term.

• Identify potential risks and ambiguities within the contracts.

• Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws.

• Recommend revisions and clarifications to contract terms for optimal protection.

• Maintain clear and concise records of contract reviews, including identified risks and proposed edits.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as procurement and legal teams, to address contractual concerns and reach mutually beneficial terms.

• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry best practices in service agreements.

• Utilize CRM for managing and tracking contracts.

• Ensure contract administration and management processes are in line with compliance requirements.

• Handle commercial and service contracts, ensuring contract compliance at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM tools for efficient management of client interactions and data

• Demonstrated understanding and experience in compliance regulations and procedures

• Proven experience in managing commercial contracts, including negotiation and execution

• Aptitude for contract administration, with an ability to manage all contract documentation

• Knowledge of contract compliance and the ability to ensure all contracts meet legal and company standards

• Solid experience in contract management, including the ability to oversee all aspects of a contract from initiation to completion

• Familiarity with various types of contracts and the ability to tailor them to specific needs

• Experience in managing service contracts, ensuring all services are delivered as agreed upon

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all contract-related tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for efficient task execution.
